If you’ve deposited Ordinal inscriptions into the “wrong” Bitcoin address in Hiro Wallet (shown as Bitcoin when you select “Receive” in the header of the home screen), you can use these instructions to migrate them to the “write” address for viewing and safekeeping in your wallet.
⚠️ Important: These instructions involve the use of a third-party wallet called Sparrow that is not owned or created by Hiro. Use them at your own risk with no guarantees on the part of Hiro that they will work properly. If you run into issues while following them, Hiro’s support team may have very limited ability to help you.
Install and open Sparrow wallet from https://sparrowwallet.com/
Select “New wallet” from the “File” menu
Name your wallet
Set the “Script type” to “Native SegWit” at the top of the settings page
Select “New or Imported Software Wallet” from under “Keystores”
Select “Use 24 words” and enter your Secret Key from Hiro Wallet. ❗️ IMPORTANT: You must use the exact same seed phrase / Secret Key as the one you use in Hiro Wallet, or these instructions won’t work

Select “Apply” in the bottom right corner
